Bounded prototype / Evidence under review

Universal Dot System

Evidence and authority before AI actions advance.

UDS checks the evidence and permission required before an AI claim or action advances through a governed path.

The current evidence comes from tests of a bounded prototype. Independent reproduction remains pending.

Actions outside its mediated path are not controlled by UDS.

First proposed application

Keep an incomplete inspection work order open.

An agent proposes closing an inspection work order. Required inspection evidence and active closure approval must be present before it advances.

The proposed reference workflow is tri-drone inspection: collected inspection evidence, an authorized review and a closure decision. This is a development target; the website does not operate drones or connect to a field work-order system.

What supports the proposition

Read the record before the claim.

The evidence page separates assistant-reported test results from independent validation. The technical page explains claim states, separate authority and the limits of the governed path.

The inspection demonstration runs in your browser. It illustrates a decision; it is separate from the tested UDS artifact and does not establish production containment.

For operators and evaluators

Bring a real inspection problem.

The intended first user is an operations lead responsible for inspection work-order closure, working with a developer who can connect an agent.

The next evidence milestone is an independent rerun of the original artifact. A workflow pilot would then compare prevented unsupported closure, permitted supported closure and useful decision records with the current process or a simple conventional gate.

No operational pilot is underway and no pilot dates are set. A public agent sandbox is deferred while independent reproduction remains pending.
